Many products that infringe trademark rights may import and export via customs. If the infringing goods are exported, it may affect the benefits of trademark holder's overseas market; if the infringing goods are imported, it may affect the interests of trademark holder's domestic market. Many companies often neglect the measures taken by the customs to protect trademark rights and lose the opportunity to control the import and export of infringing goods in customs. Enterprises can record their trademark rights before the customs of each country. In the daily law enforcement work of the customs, once the import and export goods are found to be suspected of infringement, they will immediately notify the trademark owner and initiate the customs intellectual property protection procedures. In the meanwhile, enterprises also need to closely monitor the infringement information and submit a formal application for seizure to the customs in a timely manner.
